• added statusbar, wifi, power button, device lock and MCE sections in asui-settings

• flight mode button looks more like the lock buttons and has a solid arrow
• changed format of total time at top of battery graph and added a screen on since last charge time

• keypad brightness control now changes between green, yellow and red
