XLB is an XForms based dock used to launch programs. XLB2 is an xlib based
dock with menus, icons, tooltips, plugins and a collection of small GTK+
applications.

- Linux and FreeBSD
- Window managers: enlightenment, metacity (gnome) and xfwm (xfce4)
- tooltips don't work with fluxbox
- twm doesn't obey the size hints for position or the motif hints for
no window decorations
